The services of Pathways Transition Programs are delivered by a dedicated staff of professionals, who share a commitment to the philosophy and values of the agency. We hire highly qualified counselors and therapists who bring warmth and caring with them, and train them in our model so that you can be served by clinicians who combine empathy and skills. Many of our licensed practitioners "grew up" at Pathways, getting their start as interns or Masters degree holders in counseling or social work on licensure track.

Licensed psychologists, social workers and counselors provide diagnostic and therapy services to individuals, groups and families. They also supervise the work of clinical case managers with Masters degrees (in counseling or social work). Teams led by licensed professionals deliver many of our services. Pathways also serves as a training site for graduate students getting their supervised field experience.
