Employment 

We seek skilled and compassionate professionals to work with our clients. Most members of our agency are full-time employees. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered. Most staff work hybrid work schedules (various combinations of in-office and at-home work hours). With a very few exceptions, we do not use consultants or contractors to provide our counseling services.

Individual & Family Counselor Positions
  • Must possess a master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology from an accredited college or university and must have a current professional license in Psychology, LAPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Should possess a high degree of interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and an ability to empathize with and encourage maximal effort from a varied patient population
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills
  • Clinicians will offer individual and family counseling in both community, office,  and telehealth settings
  • Self-motivated workers who are able to participate in team settings are a plus

​Clinical staff participates in monthly individual and group supervision. Provisional licensed staff will receive necessary supervision towards full licensure. Fully licensed staff members will receive assistance in credentialing with insurance panels and Medicaid. 
Behavioral/Parent Aide Positions
  • Must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, education, child development, psychology or a related field and have at least one year of experience working with children and/or families
  • Should possess a high level of interpersonal skills and sound judgment
  • Ability to self-start and manage multiple expectations of families and referral sources
  • Excellent verbal and written skills are required
  • A working knowledge of crisis management is a plus

​Behavioral/Parent Aides work primarily in homes, schools, and communities directly with clients and without supervision on site. When appropriate, some services may be delivered via telehealth conference. 
Administrative Support Staff Positions
  • Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma preference is for an associates or bachelors degree
  • High level of skills working with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Word is required
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks and optimal time management is a plus
  • History of working in the human services, behavioral health, or medical field are optimal

​Administrative personnel are assigned to one of our four offices supporting management, clinical, and operations staff onsite and from home.
