  • Meditate
Take a few minutes to focus on your breathing in a nice, quiet, and cozy spot. Studies show meditation relieves stress and depression.
  • Stretch
Wherever you are, stand up and stretch your muscles. This will help relieve built-up tension in your shoulders, especially.
  • Hand Massage
Instantly, you will feel relaxed throughout your body. Our hands carry tension, so begin kneading the base of the muscle. This will automatically relieve stress on your scalp, neck, and shoulders.
  • Listen to Music
Turn on your favorite jam and dance the stress away or sing it out. Music can be a quick mood booster, no matter where you are.
  • Breathe
Pause wherever you are and just breathe. Slow and deep breaths help will help lower your heart rate and blood pressure.
  • Sip Green Tea
Feeling angry and need to calm yourself down? Make yourself a hot cup of green tea, it contains L-Theanine, which is a chemical that helps relieve anger.
  • Chew Gum
Believe it or not, a stick of gum is an easy way to ease stress.
