Over the past year, we have been diligently working behind the scenes to prepare for a much needed opportunity for continuous growth. Growing and expanding the agency has always been at the forefront of our strategic goals. Fulfilling our goals and making strides to make the necessary changes for the agency by introducing new programs and joining forces with community partners has led us to where we are today.

After successfully introducing and integrating Parent-child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to our staff, clients, and community, we saw a need to expand beyond our current service areas.

We believe we found that, when we met Dr. Jacylnn Kuchta, LP, NCSP. After meeting her and witnessing what she brings to the table, we have decided to expand Pathways Transition Programs, Inc. to the Savannah, GA area.

"As we cross this threshold, we are reminded of our commitment to fostering growth, resilience, and independence. Just as a new door opens, so do new opportunities for personal and professional development,” said Melissa Browning, Co-Owner of PTP.

Our new Savannah office will be heavily focused on PCIT, which is a short-term, specialized behavior management program designed for young children experiencing behavioral and/or emotional difficulties and their families. PCIT teaches caregivers to manage their child’s difficult behaviors, while increasing their positive behaviors. PCIT works with the child and caregiver together to improve behavior and reduce parenting stress.

“With this expansion, we aim to continue our unwavering dedication to guiding individuals along the path to behavioral health success, " said Leigh Gobbel, Co-Owner of PTP.

Our new office location will hold the same mission, values, and beliefs as our main and surrounding offices uphold on a daily basis.  Our new office will be located at: 5859 Abercorn Street, Suite 7, Savannah, GA 31405. It will be officially open for business on Friday, September 1, 2023. As we are still navigating this, we will not be accepting Medicaid insurance at this time.

Join us as we celebrate not only our expansion, but the remarkable journeys that lie ahead for those we serve. Together, we are opening doors, creating possibilities, and forging brighter futures.
Extending a heartfelt thank you to our staff, clients, and community for making this possible as we continue to protect children and strengthen families across the state of Georgia.
